Eligibility for Return

Return Steps

• Contact Us: To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, email us at support@milkycast.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Prepare for Return: After receiving your RA number, carefully package the item(s) and mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the Item: Return the item(s) to the address provided with the RA number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless it’s our mistake, such as receiving a defective item).

Refund Processing

• We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. You can expect a refund within 21 days after we have received your return.
• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please note that weekends or holidays may delay processing.
• For non-discounted orders, you will receive a full refund at the original price. For discounted orders, the refund will be based on the price paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
