Returns And Refund

At MilkyCast, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to assist you. Our return policy is designed to make your shopping experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Most new, unused, and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return.
  • To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Purchases

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale/Clearance items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift Cards
  • One-of-a-Kind Collectibles

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact MilkyCast Customer Support at support@milkycast.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason.
  2. Once you have received your RA number, carefully package the items you wish to return, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
  3. Mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the return to the address provided with your RA number. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Refund Processing Time

We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. You can expect a refund within 21 days after we have received your return. Refunds may take longer to process on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.

Refund Details

  1. Orders without Discounts: If your order did not include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the item(s) at the original listed price.
  2. Discounted Orders: For orders with promotions or discounts, the refunded amount will be based on the adjusted price paid for each item. You may check your order details to confirm the discounted amounts.
  3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are excluded from refunds.

Return Fees

Return shipping fees and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping carrier with tracking capabilities, such as FedEx or UPS. MilkyCast is not responsible for items lost or stolen during return transit.

Please verify with your delivery carrier to ensure we have received your returned items.
